Property Manager or Assistant Step Up – Colchester (Hybrid) – £30-36k We’re working with a small but well established, reputable and growing independent block management firm who oversee a long retained, mostly RMC portfolio spread across Essex, Suffolk and parts of London. With a commitment to transparent client relationships, fair pricing and long term partnerships, they now seek an additional property manager (or assistant property manager) as follows: * 3 days office based (Colchester), 2 days home / site * Working as part of a small but dedicated, friendly and long retained team of property managers * Oversight of a local, mostly Essex (A12 corridor) based portfolio comprising small to medium sized RMC blocks with some larger freeholder/developer sites * Excellent working relationships with all sites. No major issues or arrears, healthy reserve funds etc. * Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to insurance provision, maintenance, contractor management and major works. In addition to site visits and AGMs * ATPI preferred but will consider those who are already foundation qualified looking to take the ATPI exam * 1-2 years+ Block Management experience required * Service minded, quality focused The successful Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager) can expect a starting salary up to £36k (depending on level/qualification) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
