We’re working exclusively with a well-established, highly reputable, boutique managing agent based near London Bridge. They are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:

  • Working hybrid, 2 days home, 3 office
  • Offices are modern and in close proximity to London Bridge station
  • The portfolio is high quality, long retained and in good order. c300 units to start
  • QUBE exposure beneficial but not essential
  • Stable career history essential, our client prides itself on continuity of service and expects the same level of commitment from its Property Managers

Starting salary from Β£40k - Β£55k for the successful property manager based on experience and qualification. Suitable Property Managers will need to live within commuting range of London Bridge and be prepared to work office based 3 days per week (unless on site).
