We are working with a long established, highly regarded independent Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Manchester office 3 days per week (with the other 2 days working from home/site).
- You will bring 2 years previous block management experience, ideally gained within an independent setting.
- Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to insurance provision, site inspection, contractor management and major works.
- Overseeing a compact, high quality, long retained and manageable portfolio of local blocks (numbering no more than 500 units), enabling a quality service and providing genuine work/life balance.
- Excellent Accounting and Administrative support, lightening the administrative load.
- Genuine career path with a commitment to ensuring a sensible workload for its property managers.
- Professional qualifications (TPI) are not essential and can be supported in post for those keen to obtain them.
The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career background and live in or close to Manchester.
