We are working with a highly regarded and successful Property Litigation firm specialising in technical leasehold work including service charge disputes, forfeiture, breach of covenant and FTT tribunal attendance. Known for its longstanding, highly qualified team, outstanding career structure, and fully remote working options, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Litigation Associate as follows:

  • Fully home based, hybrid or office working options available from anywhere across the UK
  • Part of a longstanding, supportive, and successful team
  • Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters whilst contributing to more complex cases, with scope to develop advocacy experience and take on increasing responsibility
  • Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and legal advice
  • Represent clients in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
  • Support senior colleagues on complex matters

Suitable Property Litigation Associate applicants will have:

  • A recognised, related legal qualification, with a strong background in property litigation and landlord
