Legal Assistant (Property Management sector) – London – c£30k

We’re working with an exciting new Property Management business whose rapid portfolio growth has warranted the recruitment of a Legal Assistant as follows:

  • Vibrant modern offices in a prestigious, easily accessed city location (close to Liverpool Street Station)
  • Mon-Fri 9.00 - 5.30 with 2 days working from home once settled
  • Focused on the onboarding of new sites, dealing with LPE Packs, dealing with solicitor enquiries and all associated legal administration
  • Duties relate to a quality mixed leasehold portfolio – RMC, Freeholder and some settled new builds
  • You will have at least 6 months direct experience in a similar role (i.e. conveyancing) and ideally a relevant supporting legal qualification
  • As this position sits within a Property Management Company, it would not suit those seeking a career within a regulated law firm (i.e. solicitors)
  • Ongoing training with scope to diversify into other areas of Property Management over time
  • Amazing team – long standing, friendly, welcoming, and supportive
