Within their Acquisitions team, they are now looking to hire a Property Finder / Property Agent as follows:

  • Working field based, visiting Estate Agencies to establish a network to market the service to
  • Answering questions about who the service might suit and how the process works
  • Identifying properties that meet the business criteria, attending viewings and then taking steps to approach the seller to market the service if the property is deemed suitable
  • Negotiating an agreeable purchase price, liaising with head office throughout
  • Acting as the face of the service in the Midlands, presenting in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable fashion at all times
  • You will need your own car (mileage reimbursed) and a good general understanding of your local property market
  • Coming from an estate agency background would be ideal, but this isn’t essential
  • Full training provided
