Would you like to manage contractors undertaking repairs whilst keeping residents up to date with progress, all whilst being trained to become an accomplished Property Manager Weβre working with a highly successful, independent and rapidly expanding property management group based in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager as follows: * Working office based in Stevenage, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (our client is NOT an estate agency, so the position does NOT involve sales/viewings etc.) * Offices are modern with a friendly inclusive team and professional, supportive environment * Acting as first point of contact for incoming correspondence into the office including calls and emails (which may relate to maintenance, service charge matters etc.) * Logging and updating information on the in-house management system. * Handling maintenance tasks from start to finish, arranging contractors, access to properties, and providing updates. * Maintaining records of property inspections and proactively scheduling compliance tasks. * Updating compliance tracking systems. * Updating resident contact details within central block management system. * Maintaining central file electronic storage systems with documentation. * General office administration.
