We’re working with a highly reputable, multi-generational, family run managing agent, established almost 100 years, headed by a team of chartered surveyors. With a friendly longstanding team and impressive client base, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager (to cover portfolio growth) as follows:

  • Based out of Potters Bar, with some home working flexibility once settled if desired
  • Local Property Managers preferred, ideally within a 40 min drive
  • Driving license/car essential (all business mileage reimbursed at the prevailing HMRC rates)
  • Managing a long held, high quality and diverse portfolio of local blocks, including several high rises (so experience/understanding of the H&S /complexities of these is important)
  • TPI qualification preferred, supported in post for those without
  • 3-5 years committed block management experience, with a stable career history
  • Friendly, longstanding team with an average length of service of over 13 years
  • Impressive portfolio, loyal clients, and a good mix of sites to keep things interesting
  • Annual leave entitlement 25 days plus national/bank holidays
  • Training courses regularly organised and in-house toolbox sessions delivered when occasion requires.
  • Best suited to those looking to progress their career in independent practice, our client is not a corporate agent and does not wish to become one.

The successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary around £50k plus bonuses (paid twice yearly) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
