We’re working with a long-established, independent property management company based in Plymouth who are looking to hire a Service Charge Accountant / Service Charge Accounts Assistant as follows:

  • Office based in Plymouth, working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
  • Part of a small but well established and friendly, supportive team of Block Managers, Administrators and Service Charge Accountants
  • Undertaking Service Charge Accounts duties including budgets, bank reconciliations, resident liaison, contractor payments and assisting with year ends
  • Accounting qualifications desirable but not essential, and can be supported in post for those keen
  • 1 year’s previous service charge accounting experience required, either as a Service Charge Accountant or Service Charge Accounts Assistant
  • Excellent career progression

Salary for the Service Charge Accountant / Service Charge Accounts Assistant will start between £25-30k and rise with responsibility and length of service.
