We’re working with a successful, independent Block Management company specialising in the Prime and Ultra-Prime London Markets. Within their vibrant, friendly, and longstanding Block Management Team, they are now looking to hire an additional Assistant Property Manager as follows:
- Kensington office base with 1-day WFH once settled
- Working hours Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
- Small, compact, high quality (and trouble free) portfolio situated within Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea – almost entirely within walking distance of the office
- Supporting the Property Management team in their full range of duties with exceptional administrative and accounting support
- Outstanding career progression with full support for professional qualification
- The suitable Assistant Property Manager will require 6 months to 1 years’ experience in a support capacity
- c£40k for starting salary
- Office is modern with lots of socials, and pet friendly (so would not suit those uncomfortable around dogs etc.)
