Would you like to work client-side for a specialist lender, undertaking a diverse workload incorporating both Valuation AND Asset Management with full training provided and an excellent long-term career path?

Perhaps you held more diverse roles prior to entering the Residential Sector and would like to return to such whilst maintaining a hand in secured lending valuation.

Our client is Europe's largest non-bank lender, providing specialist property finance across the Residential, Investment and Development lending sectors. Within one of their specialist teams, they now seek an additional Surveyor as follows:

  • Working office based in Hertfordshire, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of Assets held for loan security, undertaking valuations and inspections whilst liaising with in-house teams in relation to lending decisions, development and disposal
  • AssocRICS or MRICS qualified, VRS beneficial but not essential
  • Unlimited scope for professional diversity / development (options to diversify across in-house teams, exposure to fin-tech etc.)
  • Genuine career path, unmatched job security
  • The position offers an outstanding basic salary and profit share with no volume targets or OTE, enabling excellent earnings for what is essentially a client-side 9-5 (excellent work-life balance)
