We are working with a highly regarded and successful Property Litigation firm specialising in technical leasehold work including service charge disputes, forfeiture, breach of covenant and FTT tribunal attendance. Known for its longstanding, highly qualified team, outstanding career structure, and fully remote working options, they are now looking to hire an additional Senior Property Litigation Associate as follows:
- Fully home based, hybrid or office working options available from anywhere across the UK
- Part of a longstanding, supportive, and successful team
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters whilst contributing to more complex cases, with scope to develop advocacy experience and take on increasing responsibility
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and legal advice
- Represent clients in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)
Suitable Senior Property Litigation Associate applicants will have:
- A recognised, related legal qualification, with a strong background in property litigation and landlord & tenant law
- Hands-on experience with leasehold disputes and property management matters
- Tribunal experience, particularly FTT (Property Chamber)
- Experience with service charge disputes and lease interpretation
In addition, Property Litigation Associates will also have experience of Building Safety Act matters and Remediation Orders / Remediation Contribution Orders, though neither are essential.
Remuneration for the successful Property Litigation Associate will include a starting basic salary up to £100k plus a market leading benefits package and clear transparent path to progression.
