Residential Surveyors required (non-lender/private work) – Full & Part time (days to suit) - London (all areas).
My client is a long-established, multi-generational family firm of Chartered Surveyors providing the full range of Residential Reports to private clients throughout London and (to a much lesser extent) the home counties.
Undertaking L2 and L3 reports alongside non-lender valuations for a variety of purposes (IHT, CG, Probate, Matrimonial etc.), they’re now looking to hire additional Surveyors as follows:
- Full or part time to suit, work as many or as few days as you please
- Open to all levels of qualification, from AssocRICS to FRICS with no requirement for VRS
- Pick your patch, our client is fully booked up across all the London postcodes so can accommodate your preferences wherever you’re based/prefer to cover
- Undertake no more than one report per day as standard, unless you wish to, in which case there is an abundance of work to maximise earnings
- Start on a competitive basic up to £65k if you choose to work full time, or the pro-rated equivalent if part time is your preference
- In addition, you can expect bonuses as a percentage of fee income, uncapped and paid monthly
- An ideal opportunity for those seeking a reduction in volume / a non-lender workload, a part time return from retirement or a path to wind down leading up to retirement
- Our client is incredibly flexible with regards to working arrangements so is very much open to accommodating the requirements of those able to undertake the work.
Salary for suitable Residential Surveyors will comprise a basic up to £65k (prorated for those working part time) plus bonuses based on a generous percentage of fee income and benefits.
If you are an experienced Residential Surveyor keen to focus on low volume private work in/around London and meet the above criteria, please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
