We’re working with one of the largest, privately owned Developers in the UK, responsible for the delivery of residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects across London, the Home Counties, and Midlands. With an in-house management team overseeing 35 developments comprising everything from high rise to high end, they’re now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Working office based, close to Greenwich, Mon-Thu 9am to 5.30pm and Fri 9am to 5pm
- Utilising a dedicated Assistant PM and strong admin/accounting support to oversee approx. 2000 units (spread across c30 developments)
- Full range of duties from budgets to site inspections and major works
- High Rise experience essential, with solid understanding of related H&S and Fire Safety
- Good knowledge of FM/Plant/BMS critical
- TPI or RICS preferred (working towards acceptable)
- An ideal opportunity for a Property Manager already working within a corporate agent keen to switch to Developer side (you will likely be familiar with some of our clients’ sites already)
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £55k plus benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure.
