URGENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VACANCIES (Assistant through to Team Leader level) – SW London/Surrey (Hybrid) - £30-70k
We’re working with a long established and highly successful firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire AT ANY LEVEL as follows:
- Assistant through to team leader title, with commensurate salaries and responsibilities for each
- Due to the urgent nature of our client’s need, they will only consider those with a notice period of 1 month or less, with priority consideration given to those with 1 weeks’ notice or immediate availability
- Hybrid working from a Kingston Upon Thames office base (2 days office/3 days home) – so you must live within sensible commuting range
- Long held, local portfolio with no arrears or long running issues. You’ll enjoy excellent working relationships with residents/directors
- Depending on which level/title you start at, you’ll undertake the full range of duties with excellent administrative and accounting support
- For those at team leader level, you will oversee the PM’s, manage a small portfolio of your own whilst working with the MD with regards to clients/handovers
- The existing team is longstanding, friendly and welcoming, with plenty of social events for those keen (in fact our client has zero staff turnover and only recruits for new business or to replace following retirement)
- ZERO AGM’s – you can visit sites and hold meetings during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
You’ll need a stable work history and experience commensurate with the title you wish to be considered for – salaries offered range as follows:
- Assistant PM – Up to £30-38k
- Property Manager - £40-55k
- Senior Property Manager - £50-60k
- Team Leader - £60-70k
