Are you a recent Surveying Graduate (GP faculty – Valuation, Real Estate, Investment etc.) looking for an amazing client side (Financial Institution) opportunity and have 6 months to 1 year’s practical work experience?
We have an entry level vacancy available offering exceptional remuneration for a Graduate GP Surveyor focused on a mixed workload comprising Asset Management and Valuation amongst an experienced team offering outstanding support.
You’ll need to understand basic valuation methodology, have written basic reports and be prepared to visit sites for the purpose of meeting agents in relation to disposals.
Whilst my client is not offering designated APC supervision, the experience you’ll gain will absolutely qualify for your diary.
The position is full time office based – except for site visits - close to Watford, so would not be suitable for those Graduate Surveyors seeking a hybrid working arrangement.
Salary will depend on your level of practical Surveying work experience but will range from £35-50k to start.
