My client is a relatively new but highly successful, multi-office, independent managing agent overseeing a diverse but high-quality portfolio across the South East. Within their newly opened Hoddesdon office, they are looking to hire a competent, ambitious property manager as follows:

  • Initially working fully home based, moving to a hybrid model once the office is refurbished
  • Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5
  • ATPI qualified
  • 3-5 years Property Management experience, acting as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager currently
  • Fully experienced in all aspects of Block Management, including budgets, major works, H&S and insurance matters
  • Resident/Client focused, with exposure to the full range of blocks/estates from smaller RMC to large new builds
  • Portfolio consists of 600 units across 19 sites, all London based
  • Scope to progress rapidly to office/regional management

The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £50k alongside generous holiday entitlement including a Christmas shut down.
