FREELANCE / ZERO HOURS/ CONSULTANT SURVEYORS REQUIRED NATIONALLY –
Top tier instructions, unrivalled flexibility and excellent fee share percentage – up to 52%.
Our corporate client seeks both Self-employed/Ltd Co and Zero Hours PAYE freelance/consultant Surveyors in a variety of locations UK wide for top tier main lender work (on a non-exclusive basis) under the following terms:
- Up to 52% of fee paid to surveyor with additional percentages for particularly difficult or high value properties
- Non-exclusive contract (meaning you may continue to work for other clientele)
- Software provided
- PI cover provided under our client’s umbrella
- Valuation and ‘Survey only’ work available (or both together for those qualified).
Our client’s blue chip client base ensures top quality fees/instructions at a volume to suit (particularly in the south east).
