Senior Surveyor / Associate Director (Commercial Management) - London (Hybrid) - up to £80k
We’re working with a long-established, independent specialist commercial property management practice which oversees an extensive portfolio across the office, retail and industrial sectors, providing bespoke, hands-on management tailored to each client.
As a result of organic growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director as follows:
- A hybrid role, reporting into a Central London office as required
- Senior Surveyor / Associate Director title
- MRICS essential, underpinned by a demonstrable track record in Commercial Property oversight
- Client focused, responsible for delivering a high-quality and timely Commercial Management service across a prestigious and growing portfolio.
- The successful Senior Surveyor/Associate Director will take ownership of a portfolio, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
- Over time, as the portfolio continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you
- Duties cover the full spectrum of commercial management from budgets/financials, FM, legislative compliance, inspections, reporting, client/occupier meetings, and general landlord & tenant maters
The suitable Senior Surveyor / Associate Director will come from a stable career background with 5 years PQE and outstanding all round Landlord & Tenant Knowledge, enabling informed recommendations and strategic decision-making.
Salary for the successful Senior Surveyor / Associate Director will start at up to £80k plus benefits.
