- AssocRICS / MRICS & VRS qualified, with 1 years PQE minimum
- Covering Ascot, Bracknell, Maidenhead & Windsor postcodes
- Well versed in main lender reporting formats and L2 surveys
- Tech savvy, with experience of using CoreLogic and Rightmove Plus
- Committed career history, with a track record of meeting volume and quality targets in a clearly defined patch
In return, the successful Residential Surveyor can expect:
- A highly competitive basic salary ranging from £55-75k (depending on location & experience)
- Exceptional bonuses paid on two metrics: Volume (paid monthly and worth up to £24k per annum) and Fees (paid annually as a percentage of total fee income)
- £7200 p/a car allowance
