Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor (Local Authority)\\n\\nWe’re working with the Housing Asset Management team of a Local Authority / Borough Council.\\n\\nThey require additional Building Surveyors as follows:\\n\\n * Working on a day rate of £200 on a rolling contract basis\\n\\n * Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance across the boroughs housing portfolio\\n\\n * Condition Surveys\\n\\n * Managing response repairs, cyclical maintenance and major works projects, ensuring all works come in on time and to budget\\n\\n * Overseeing appointed contractors, including H&S compliance\\n\\n * Liaison with internal stakeholders as well as tenants/residents in relation to project updates and information\\n\\n * You must drive and carry insurance for business use on your vehicle\\n\\nThe suitable Building Surveyor/Maintenance Surveyor will come from a residential projects background and be familiar working within local authority on social housing schemes.\\n\\nThis position is offered on a £200 day rate on a rolling contract with a minimum 6 month term.\\n\\nIf you are a Building Surveyor who meets the above criteria and would like to express your interest or find out more, please apply now for immediate consideration and further info
