Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager (MRICS) – Central London – c£90k +Package

We’re working with a leading Investment, Asset and Property Management firm specialising in premium commercial real estate across Central London.
With an enviable reputation for excellence, innovation and client focused service, they manage some of the capitals most prestigious office buildings.
As a result of both recent and pipeline portfolio growth, they now seek to hire an additional MRICS Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager as follows:
* Working office based in Central London, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
* Managing a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Central London
* Overseeing service charge budgets, contractor performance, and compliance
* Lead on tenant liaison, lease obligations, and occupier satisfaction
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishments, and capital works
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
* Provide strategic input on asset enhancement and portfolio performance
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of professionalism and accountability
The suitable Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager will have:
* Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally within prime London assets
* Strong understanding of service charge management and lease structures
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised, and commercially astute
* MRICS Essential
* Comfortable managing multiple buildings and priorities across a fast-paced environment
Salary for the successful Commercial Property Manager / Asset Manager will start at up to £90k plus benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
