With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and highly regarded reporting formats, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows: * MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS * Accessible to a range of E and SE postcodes * Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible * Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol. * Typical workload comprises 1 report per day or less – focused on quality over quantity * Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing * In addition to undertaking a small number of inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees * Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside in a London postcode, come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
