Staff Valuer / Client Side Valuation Surveyor – East London / closely surrounding – up to £90k basic + car, bonus, enhanced pension & extensive benefits

Our client is a leading lender best known for its BTL, investment and development finance products in addition to competitive residential and second-charge mortgages offered both direct and through intermediaries.

With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and highly regarded reporting formats, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows:

  • MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
  • Accessible to a range of E and SE postcodes
  • Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
  • Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
  • Typical workload comprises 1 report per day or less – focused on quality over quantity
  • Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing
  • In addition to undertaking a small number of inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees
  • Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside in a London postcode, come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
