With considerable market share, an enviable reputation for staff welfare and highly regarded reporting formats, they now seek an additional staff surveyor as follows:
- MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
- Accessible to a range of E and SE postcodes
- Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
- Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
- Typical workload comprises 1 report per day or less – focused on quality over quantity
