We’re working with a large Financing & Real Estate Group whose activities include Property Management, Development Finance and Joint Ventures. Within their in-house (subsidiary) Management Company, they now require an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Overseeing a 400 unit portfolio, the bulk of which is based in North London and across all of which our client is the Freeholder (site visits once per week, no AGM’s)
- Working part home, part office based from the Surrey/Kent borders (3 days office, 1 day home and 1 day for site visits)
- Full range of duties from insurance provision to budgets and major works (although some of the portfolio is Service Charge collection only)
- Great team with minimal staff turnover. Vibrant, welcoming and supportive

The suitable Property Manager should come from a stable career background, have a desire to work client side and live in or close to the Surrey / Kent borders.
Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £45k and come with a benefits package that will include a company car.
