Service Charge Accountancy Opportunities – All levels - Birmingham (Hybrid) - £30-50k
Our corporate, national managing client is looking to hire 3 x service charge accountancy professionals as follows:
- Job 1: Service Charge Accounts Assistant - £30,000–£35,000
1-2 years’ experience, likely gained in a support capacity with a good general understanding of leasehold service charge matters. An excellent “first step” opportunity with training and a structured career path. - Job 2: Service Charge Accountant (stepping up from Assistant) - £35,000–£40,000
1-2 years autonomous service charge experience, with the ability to set budgets and deal with all related matters including year ends and daily resident queries. - Job 3: Service Charge Accountant / Manager - £45,000–£50,000
3-5 years’ exposure with in-depth practical experience setting budgets, dealing with clients, handling year end matters, and overseeing an accounts team. Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA / CIMA etc.).
All x3 Service Charge Accountant vacancies work Mon-Fri 9-5 from a Birmingham office, with 2 days home working once settled.
