We are working with a long established, reputable Property Management company who are looking to hire an Administrator as follows:

  • An entry level Administration role in a Property Environment
  • Office based, Monday to Friday in East Yorkshire
  • Suitable for those with previous Property Management environment experience (leasehold)
  • Good telephone, admin and IT skills required (email, Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Keen to learn, you will deal with property owners, contractors and freeholders/developers
  • Duties will range from basic data entry through to taking calls, organising repairs, dealing with incoming emails, sending letters/notices and generally supporting the wider property team
  • Career progression with training
  • Excellent first step in the Property sector (block management)

The successful Property Administrator can expect a starting salary between £28-33k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
