We are working with a long established, reputable Property company who are looking to hire an Administrator as follows:
- An entry level Administration role in a Property Environment
- Office based, Monday to Friday in Finchley
- Suitable for those with or without previous Property experience
- An ideal entry role for an Administrator with a keen interest in Property
- This Administrator position is NOT within an estate agency, so there are no sales elements involved
- You will have 1-2 years administration experience in ANY environment
- Good telephone, admin and IT skills required (email, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Keen to learn, you will deal with property owners, Surveyors and Contractors, booking Surveys and organising access
- Duties will range from basic data entry through to taking calls, dealing with incoming emails, sending letters/notices and generally supporting the wider property team
