We’re working with a highly regarded independent Property Management firm who are looking to hire a competent, ambitious Service Charge Accountant as follows:
- Working from a Bromley office base, with some home working to suit
- Acting as a Service Charge Accountant initially, moving to “Head Of” as the business continues to expand and additional staff are recruited
- Dealing with the entire accounting life cycle, from onboarding of new blocks to reviewing/setting initial budgets, dealing with year ends and liaison with auditors
- Ensuring systems are robust, fit for purpose and scalable as the business grows (you’ll have the freedom to put systems/processes in place alongside the director)
- Having input and overall say on staff recruitment, training and management
- Client liaison (Developer, Freeholder and Resident Director)
