We are working with a highly reputable, fully independent Managing Agent overseeing a mixed portfolio of long retained, high quality Estates across London and the South East. As part of their commitment to ensuring the highest standards of upkeep and maintenance across communal spaces, they now seek an Estates Inspector / Development Inspector as follows:
- Property Savvy, with a background in either trades, property management, maintenance administration or property inspection
- A keen interest in Property, with an eye for defects and the ability to accurately report repair requirements using a tablet/laptop
- Visiting a number of estates across London and the South East, ensuring properties meet the required standards of maintenance / Health
