Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager (PRS) – London (Hybrid) - £50-60k We’re working with a major national provider of integrated housing and property services who are looking to hire a Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager for a PRS and Supported Living Portfolio as follows: * London based with hybrid working and travel to client meetings. * Overseeing key partnerships relating to the management of a PRS and supported living portfolio * Establishing and overseeing systems and processes to ensure effective management of leasehold occupiers * Delivering a Property Management Service with a focus on returns for institutional investors Suitable Property Partnerships Account Manager / Property Manager applicants will have: * Proven experience in the PRS, exposure to leading operational property management or holding a senior property management position.
