Property Manager / Block Manager – Bournemouth (Hybrid) – c£40k + Bonuses We’re working with a long established, highly regarded multi-disciplined firm of chartered surveyors who provide block management, agency and commercial property services to a range of long standing clients across the south coast. As a result of an impressive pipeline of new instructions, adding to their already long held, high quality local portfolio, they now seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows: Working part home (2 days) part office based, reporting in to a central Bournemouth office Overseeing a compact, quality, manageable portfolio of blocks all located within close proximity of the office (central Bournemouth) Undertaking the full range of duties, from budgets to insurance, inspections to major works and all the usual daily tasks including resident and contractor liaison Working as part of a wider, long-established and friendly team, liaising with the in-house accounting and surveying departments as required Suitable Property Manager’s / Block Manager’s will come from a stable career background and have 1-3 years block management experience, perhaps at assistant level although our client requires the successful Property Manager to hit the ground running so no training beyond a basic induction can be provided.
