We're working with a privately owned, multi-generational Property Investment & Development Company with extensive Commercial and Residential Assets across the South and South East of England.

Within their Commercial Property Management team, they are now looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Working office based in West Sussex
  • High specification commercial portfolio spanning offices, logistics, retail warehousing, industrial and trade counter premises
  • You will oversee sites from Chichester to Southampton and up to Salisbury

Duties (which will draw upon your block management experience) will include carrying out inspections, overseeing expenditure, lease renewals (you'll be supported in these negotiations), service charge management (these are outsourced but you will oversee the agent responsible), contractor management, planned/reactive works.

Full transitional training/guidance provided in post – you'll be working amongst a highly experienced and supportive team.
