Lettings Manager / LET Property Manager – South Woodford – c£35k We’re working with a long established and highly successful Property Management business based in South Woodford. Within their Property Management team, they now seek a LET Property Manager / Lettings Manager as follows: Working office based in South Woodford (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm OR 9am to 6pm if you prefer – in all cases with 1 hour for lunch) Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasing Handling maintenance enquiries Dealing with safety certification(gas/electric) Organizing tenancy renewals Arranging end of tenancy check outs Controlling Property licence applications Serving section 21 and section 8 notices Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services. Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Full UK Driving License required. Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
