Property Administrator – Middlesex (Hybrid) – c£32k
We’re working with a long established, highly reputable and multi award winning Property Management company who are looking to hire a Property Administrator as follows:
- Working on a hybrid basis (3 days office, 2 days home) reporting into a Middlesex based office Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
- Supporting the Property Management team with a wide range of administrative, resident, client and contractor led tasks including email/postal correspondence, organising site visits, answering queries, providing/recording information and updating the in-house system as required
- You will learn about service charge budgets, administer/send invoices, get involved in major works projects and liaise with general and specialist contractors for works on estates
- Ideally you will come from a property, maintenance, administration, or customer service background with a genuine interest in establishing a career in leasehold management
- Good general IT skills are required, particularly email and Word, with training provided on the in-house system once in post
- You will enjoy a structured career path with a route to Property Manager status over time
Salary for the successful Property Administrator will start at up to £32k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. Benefits include 23 days holiday, 4 days off at Christmas, private healthcare, funded study (for property qualifications) and pension.
