Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor ? Brentford (inner M25) – up to £55k + Bonus & Package We?re working with an independent, multi-generational family firm of Chartered Surveyors based on the SW London / Surrey / Middlesex borders. Working within the leasehold management sector exclusively, they oversee a long held portfolio of blocks and estates across the inner M25 and just beyond, acting on behalf of developers, freeholders and resident management companies. As a result of demand, coupled with a wish to bring more work back in-house (for both fee income and quality control), they now seek to hire an additional Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor for the delivery of major remedial work projects along with regular maintenance and professional building surveying services as follows: Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying Housing / residential background desirable, particularly leasehold project works (under S20) Project management of major projects including remediation works. Preparation of Long-Term Maintenance Plans for sinking fund provisions. Preparation of building insurance reinstatement cost assessments. Condition surveys and defect diagnosis.
