Property Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid) – c£44k We’re working with a Central Birmingham based firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in all aspects of Residential Property across the West Midlands. Within their Block Management team, they now seek to hire an additional Property Manager as follows: Reporting in to a Birmingham office with 1 day home working to start, rising with length of service Joining an established, friendly, long retained and inclusive team of Property Managers overseeing a local (West Midlands) portfolio of mixed blocks comprising smaller conversions, freeholder sites and larger new build developments Undertaking the full range of property management duties from budget setting to insurance provision and major works, including site visits and daily resident liaison. ATPI required as a minimum Using QUBE as the in-house CRM Genuine career path and recognition Full support for professional development/qualifications The successful Property Manager will have 2 years autonomous block management experience, ATPI qualified and come from a stable career background with a genuine focus on customer service.
