Commercial Valuation Surveyor – Directorship Appointment with Shareholding We’re working with a long established, regional practice of Chartered Surveyors who provide Valuations throughout the SE of England within the commercial property sector, specialising in business concerns (i.e. trading related valuations). Panel appointed with additional private, legal and accounting based work streams (ensuring variety and security of workflow), they now seek to appoint a highly experienced and Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows: Appointment arises through succession planning, enabling a current director to reduce working days and eventually retire The position combines business and staff management with fee earning including oversight of report quality and client liaison The head office is Kent based, so suitable Surveyors must live within commutable range (enabling attendance at office 1-2 days per week) Property classes covered include Retail, Industrial, Offices, Licensed/leisure, Hotels, Health care, Educational and Business concerns You will be a fully MRICS/FRICS and VRS qualified with extensive commercial valuation experience Position comes with a shareholding Tax efficient earnings made up of basic salary, dividends and expenses (£100k OTE) Full, scheduled handover period to ensure solid bedding in period.
