Junior Property Manager – Fareham / Hybrid – £33-36k + Benefits We’re working with an independent, national property services group who manage in excess of 20,000 leasehold properties UK wide. With a traditional, customer focused approach deployed through its team of over 200 staff, they now seek an additional Junior Property Manager (or Assistant ready to step up) as follows: Working part home, part office based (Fareham) overseeing a local, compact portfolio of good quality, hassle free blocks and estates Would provide an ideal step up for an Assistant Property Manager looking to become a fully titled Property Manager, or a Lettings Manager to transition over into Leasehold Management, although any such applicants would have more office working days than home Undertaking the full range of block management tasks (with support if required) from budget setting to major works management, site visitation, insurance provision and resident correspondence. Accelerated career path for established Property Manager’s keen to take on more responsibility quickly (our client is industry renowned for its career development / encouragement).
