We are working with a well-established Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an accomplished Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager to support their existing Block Management team as follows:
- Working office based in Watford, 9am to 5pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 4pm on Friday
- Assisting with day-to-day block management duties
- Responding to leasehold enquiries and coordinating documentation
- Supporting general insurance administration and renewals
- Dealing with service charge queries
- Processing deed of covenant requests and lease extensions
- Handling freehold consents for property changes
Suitable Property Administrators / Trainee Block Managers will ideally have:
- 1+ years previous property experience
- Their own vehicle
- A stable career history
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to commit and progress long term
Salary for the successful Property Administrator / Trainee Block Manager will start at up to Β£30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
