We are working with a leading specialist lender best known for its BTL, investment and development finance products in addition to competitive residential and second-charge mortgages offered both direct and through intermediaries.
With unprecedented demand for its products across the UK, they are now looking to appoint an additional in-house / staff Surveyor as follows:
- AssocRICS M/FRICS qualified with VRS
- Covering select EC, W and SW postcodes
- Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
- Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
- Typical workload comprises 1 valuation report daily, with occasional panel oversight (to ensure quality of work coming back from panel appointees)
- An unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing
Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside within the patch and come from a stable career background with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation (BTL / HMO etc).
Successful Staff Surveyors / Valuers will enjoy a basic salary up to £85k plus profit share, executive car and extensive health and well-being benefits including unrivalled pension and life cover provision.
