Property Manager / Senior Property Manager London (Hybrid) up to £60k
Were working with one of the fastest growing, most desirable employers in Property Management, whos multi-award-winning service has seen them grow exponentially year on year.
Within their London office, they now seek an experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to oversee a key 7 x site portfolio as follows:
- Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a West London office (as well as visiting sites) as required
- Managing a key, high profile portfolio of 7 x sites situated from London to Woking, two of which are HRBs
- Ensuring all aspects of the portfolio are managed in accordance with client and resident expectations, providing an accountable, transparent, and high-quality service throughout
- Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance provision, regular inspection, and major works (with a particular focus on the HRBs ensuring immediate and ongoing compliance with current and evolving safety legislation)
- ATPI / IOSH preferred, thorough understanding (and practical application) of the Building Safety Act essential
- Thoroughness, transparency, accountability, and quality are key our client has grown through dedication to its values and expects to recruit a like-minded property manager
