Our client is a small but highly successful independent Surveying practice specialising in Residential matters across London and Kent. With impressive workstreams from both private and social housing clients, they are now looking to hire an additional full time Residential Surveyor as follows:
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
- VRS beneficial but not essential
- Ideally living in (or within commutable range of) East London
- Experienced in L2 Surveys; exposure to L3 would be advantageous but isn't essential (likewise valuations)
- Familiarity with Go Report preferred, but not essential; good systems awareness overall (confident with tech including iPad/drone etc.)
- Driving License / Car
The workload comprises both private and local authority/social housing L2 Surveys for a range of purposes (Open Market purchase, Right to Buy Buy Backs, Part Buy Part Rent etc.). Our client has longstanding and long term contracts with said Local Authorities ensuring a consistent and lucrative workflow, not affected by wider market fluctuations or interest rate adjustments.
The suitable Residential Surveyor can expect a basic salary up to £65k alongside £5k car allowance, bonuses (20% of fee income over low threshold) and a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, team days out and tech provided.
