The predicted salary is between 60000 - 90000 £ per year.
We are working with a highly reputable, long established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors who are looking to hire an additional full time Residential Surveyor as follows:
- Ideally MRICS / FRICS qualified, but keen to hear from experienced AssocRICS qualified Surveyors too
- Building Surveying background preferred, General Practice considered with good building pathology knowledge
- Coverage of RG and OX postcodes (or one/the other to suit) with long established offices in both
- Entirely private workload (no panel/lender work)
- L2 and L3 Surveys alongside New Build Snagging Reports and Private Valuations for a range of purposes (Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial etc.)
- Strictly low volume / high quality focus (either 1x Survey or 2-3 valuations per day)
- Lots of repeat business / referral work from local agents
- Business has been established over 50 years, highly regarded and therefore providing excellent security. Longstanding friendly team, highly professional and inclusive
Remuneration includes:
- c£60k basic
- £5400 car allowance
- 15% of all fees (net of vat) in excess of low threshold
