We are working with a long established, independent provider of supported accommodation services across the North West of England. With a portfolio in excess of 200 self-contained units within converted houses spanning Bury to Sale and surrounding areas, they are now looking to hire a competent Property Manager as follows:

  • Based close to Sale, able to work Mon-Fri in the office in addition to visiting properties as required across the region.
  • The properties managed are self-contained accommodation in the form of HMO dwellings, supporting vulnerable individuals recovering from homelessness, addiction and various forms of challenging behaviour.
  • Managing contracts, compliance, maintenance, repairs, insurance, H&S and approved contractors whilst liaising with landlords and other stakeholders in relation to property repairs and obligations.
  • Updating the in-house database, ensuring all information is current, accessible and available to those who might require it.
  • Managing processes and systems alongside the directors to ensure maximum efficiency and best practice across the services provided.

This role would suit a highly competent Lettings Manager or a Property Manager from a Social Housing background. Related professional qualifications beneficial (ARLA, CIH etc.) but not essential. A stable career history is essential, as the nature of our client's work requires consistent, long-standing relationships.

While the successful candidate will NOT have any remit in relation to the social care side of the business, past exposure to managing properties housing vulnerable individuals would be highly beneficial.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary starting at up to £45k, the successful Property Manager can expect a competitive pension, holiday allowance, unrivalled job security and a friendly working environment.

If you are an experienced Property Manager based in or close to Sale, would like to apply your skillset in a role focused on helping those recovering from social exclusion and meet the above criteria, please apply now for immediate consideration and further information.
