Property Manager Ilford (office based) c£40k

Were working with a multi-generational, fully independent, and highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors & Property Managers based in Ilford who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

– Working fully office based, in Ilford, Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm (with parking provided for those who drive, the office is less than a 5-minute walk from Ilford station on the Elizabeth Line if you prefer to use public transport)

– Outstanding job security with a proven career path recognising effort and tenure

– Managing a portfolio of blocks on behalf of freeholder clients, undertaking the full range of duties (with in-house support) including service charge budgets, major works management, resident correspondence and site inspections

– Exciting pipeline of new blocks coming into management, offering a scope to progress quickly for those keen to manage a team

– ATPI not essential, experience of QUBE desirable (although good general IT awareness will help with those in need of training)

– Longstanding, diverse friendly team with modern, functional offices situated in a vibrant, busy high street
