Senior Property Manager c£45k Hove (Hybrid)
Were working with a long established, independent managing agent based on the South Coast who are looking to hire an additional Senior Property Manager as follows:
- Office based to start (Hove) with some home working once settled
- Overseeing a key portfolio situated from Littlehampton to Eastbourne with most blocks located in Brighton, Hove, Worthing and Seaford
- Providing occasional guidance and technical know how to junior members of staff when required
- Undertaking the full range of block management duties (with support from the wider team), from budgets to insurance provision, contractor oversight and major works
- Excellent step-up opportunity for a well-rounded, experienced (4+ years) Property Manager looking to secure a Senior title / responsibilities
