Home based Property Manager overseeing an Eastbourne portfolio.
Our client is an established, independent national managing agent overseeing a substantial number of leasehold flats within blocks across estates UK wide. As a result of both portfolio growth and staff promotion, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Working home based (4 days per week) overseeing a portfolio of blocks situated within (and close to) Eastbourne.
- Visiting sites regularly, taking ownership of resident issues and seeing matters through to completion.
- Working with Head office to oversee/implement service charge budgets, buildings insurance and any major works as required.
- Communicating regularly and professionally with key clients/resident directors to ensure satisfaction with the property management service provided.
- First line resident queries and basic accounting questions dealt with by a dedicated team at head office, freeing up the successful property manager/block manager's time to deal with complex matters/site visits.
Suitable Property Manager applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience, full leasehold management exposure and a track record of key client retention.
Remuneration for the successful Property Manager will range from £40k to £44k (depending on experience and qualification) with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on performance and tenure.
