Job Description
Property Manager (or Assistant stepping up) Berkshire (office based) £40-50k
We are working with a Berkshire based, independent Managing Agent who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
- Working office based, closed to Elton in Berkshire (no home working)
- Managing a local, long held, and interesting portfolio with little to no arrears / historical issues
- Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance, H&S and major works, fully supported by an experienced team of Administrators and Accountants
- 2-5 years previous block management experience, ideally working towards ATPI (if not already qualified)
- Portfolio is mostly RMC & Freeholder, with some investor clients but no large developers (i.e. no new builds)
- System savvy, with good general exposure to Microsoft Office and property management specific CRMs
- Supportive work culture with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £50k alongside private healthcare and pension, with a structured career path and investment in training.
