Overview

Property Manager (or Assistant stepping up) Berkshire (office based) £40-50k

We are working with a Berkshire based, independent Managing Agent who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Working office based, closed to Elton in Berkshire (no home working)
  • Managing a local, long held, and interesting portfolio with little to no arrears / historical issues
  • Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance, H&S and major works, fully supported by an experienced team of Administrators and Accountants

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years previous block management experience, ideally working towards ATPI (if not already qualified)
  • Portfolio is mostly RMC & Freeholder, with some investor clients but no large developers (i.e. no new builds)
  • System savvy, with good general exposure to Microsoft Office and property management specific CRMs
